JS Weightlifting
The JS Weightlifting logo was designed to embody strength, discipline, and modern athleticism. The bespoke wordmark features a custom typeface with intentional breaks across each letterform, giving it a sharp, industrial edge that reflects the precision and focus of weightlifting.
The logo mark integrates several key elements inspired by the brand’s roots. Drawing from The Agoge, the co-owned gym in Warrington named after the Spartan system of training and mentorship, the design incorporates a stylised Spartan helmet to symbolise resilience and leadership.
The central form fuses the imagery of a barbell and weight plates, representing the core discipline of weightlifting. The composition balances heritage and modernity, creating a powerful emblem that speaks to both strength and guidance.
